You can use it as soon as your baby weighs 8 lbs. or more. Until your baby can lift his/her head on its own you should carry your baby facing you with its head supported. When it can lift its head with ease then you can face your baby out (around 8-10 weeks). Good luck.

First day as long as you and the baby are comfortable. They get use to it quite easily so if you enjoy being a kangaroo mom go for it.

Its more based on weight....most carriers and boxes have the weight limit on there.

It isn't based on age but weight. I believe the range is 8lbs-25lbs

I used mine immediately. my baby loved it and i was able to exercise and clean my house in it. this product was a life saver for me! the only draw back is that its so darn hot out right now....you and the baby become sweaty when walking outside.
